If you are unable to view payments on the dashboard try some of the following steps:
- Ensure you have a strong internet connection
- Clear cache or close multiple tabs of Pronto
- In some cases, please allow for the dashboard to reflect your payment after 5 minutes.
- If this problem continues, please email a screenshot of your bank statement with the charge to help@prontopay.app.
- Open up a ticket and an agent will respond within 24hrs.
